Data deletion instructions

Effective date: July 6, 2026

Disconnect Gmail

1. Open Paynary.
2. Open the account menu from your profile avatar.
3. Select "Disconnect Gmail".
4. Optionally revoke Paynary from your Google Account permissions page.

Clear local app data

1. Open Paynary settings.
2. Select the option to clear local data.
3. This removes locally stored subscriptions, detections, movements, and settings from that device.

Request account data deletion

To request deletion of Paynary account records, email support@paynary.app from the email address associated with your Paynary account. Include "Delete my Paynary data" in the subject line.

What deletion covers

Deletion requests cover Paynary account records, Gmail connection metadata, structured subscription detections, structured bank movement detections, sync history, and support records where deletion is legally permitted.

Retention exceptions

Paynary may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or accounting.
